Body Massage:

Whether you're after a massage for relaxation purposes, or you have some annoying aches and pains that need a bit of attention, a Sea Breeze body massage will leave you feeling stress-free and better equipped to return to your day-to-day life! I work with massage waxes in a range of gorgeous aromas which are non-greasy on your skin.
 


Hot Stone Therapy:
Upper Body (Back, neck & shoulders) - £30
Fully Body - £35

Full body massage using oils with smooth heated basalt stones placed at specific points on the body which warm the muscles and give an incredible feeling of wellbeing. The stones are also used to gently massage into tight muscles - the heat is really effective at releasing tension.

Ayurvedic Facial Massage - £25

Based on the ancient therapeutic principles of Ayurveda, which has been practiced in India for thousands of years, this incredibly soothing facial massage incorporates small circular movements made with the fingers on the marma points (energy centres) of the face, neck and scalp. Known as the 'natural facelift' it will give your skin a wonderful rejuvenating boost and help reduce the appearance of fine lines on the face. One of my most popular treatments!

Thermo Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candles) - £25

This ancient and natural therapy has been handed down by many civilisations. Hopi Ear Candles can be used to aid relaxation and to provide relief from a range of ear, nose and throat conditions including sinusitis, headaches and excessive ear wax. The candles are placed into the outer edge of the ear canal, and allowed to gently burn down. The chimney effect which is created warms and vibrates, and can help to restore balance in the ear/sinuses and soften wax. The BioSun candles which I use are made from the natural ingredients of beeswax, honey extracts, sage, St Johns Wort, chamomile, beta carotene and organically grown flax. This is an incredibly soothing and warming treatment - imagine lying near a fireside and hearing the gentle crackling of the flames! The treatment with finishes with a beautiful facial massage - guaranteed to leave you feeling cosy and ready for your bed!
